A. General Provisions

Huber Farm Equipment (HFE) provide this limited warranty to the original purchaser of new products from HFE. Under these warranties, HFE will replace any covered product, which is found to be defective in material or workmanship, during the applicable warranty term.  However, the purchaser will be responsible for installation costs, any service calls, transportation and/or freight costs associated with returning the product to the HFE retailer’s place of business (except where prohibited by law), any premium charged for overtime labor requested by the purchaser, and any service and/or maintenance not directly related to any defect covered under this warranty.

B. What Is Warranted

Except as provided in paragraph C, all new parts products are warranted for the term from date of purchase as set forth.

C. What Is Not Warranted - HFE does not determine warranty on any parts, we are an acting agent between the supplier and customer. HFE will submit any and all claims to the supplier on your behalf. The end decision always resides with the supplier. Any warranty issues must go through the parts/service manager so the process can be expedited. What is not warranted - Incorrectly installed parts, attempting to install an incorrect part, parts that are installed by an un licensed technician and parts that break during installation. What is warrantable - All parts that are miss manufactured or have a defect not caught during quality control

D. Securing Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, (1) bring the product to the original selling Huber retailer within the applicable warranty term; and (2) present the original sales ticket showing the date of purchase.  Huber reserves the right to review the warranty claim and inspect the product prior to granting warranty coverage.

E. No Implied Warranty, Representation or Condition

To the extent permitted by law, neither HFE nor any other company affiliated with them makes any warranties, representations, conditions or promises express or implied as to the quality or performance of the product covered by these warranties other than those set forth above, and NO STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS ARE MADE. To the extent legally required, implied or statutory warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to THE applicable warranty PERIOD set forth on this page. The purchaser’s only remedies in connection with the breach or performance of any warranty on ANY HFE PRODUCTS are those set forth HEREIN. In no event will HFE, or any company affiliated with THEM be liable for incidental or consequential damages OR INJURIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF CROPS, LOSS OF PROFITS, RENTAL OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS.  (NOTE:  Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.)  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
